    Carbondioxide laser treatments work very effectively to tighten the skin especially the superficial wrinkles. The healing process for this treatment is a bit longer than some of the other facial procedures. This patient also had a facelift (weekend/necklift) and full face fat transfers.

    This patient from Albany, NY suffered from acne in adolescence and was left with pitted acne scars on the cheeks. To treat these deeper scars a combination of dermabrasion, CO2 laser and chemical peeling was utilized to address the deeper scars and to seamlessly blend the treated areas with the surrounding skin.

    This patient had severe acne in the past as well as sun-damage to her skin. She underwent a combination of dermabrasion, chemical peel and the CO2 laser to treat the deep, pitted acne scars. This patient had severe acne scarring as well as significant sun damage. Following combined resurfacing she has a significant decrease in the pitted scars and improvement in the overall texture of the skin. Note the improvement in both the hyperpigmented sun-spots near her nose, as well as an improvement in the acne scarring on the lower face and chin.
