Linda was born in Detroit, Michigan and attended Henry Ford School of Nursing. She graduated from Sage college with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, and completed a program at Sage Graduate School for a Masters degree in Nursing in the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program. She is now board certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Gerontology.

Linda started in the Rejuva Center 17 years ago after training with Dr. Edwin Williams in the use of non-surgical techniques (fillers and neurotoxins) to cosmetically improve patients facial concerns with a natural esthetic result. She is certified in the use of neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, the use of lasers, as well as medical grade TCA peels and has attended master’s classes in injection techniques. She specializes in lip augmentation, mid-face and chin augmentation, and the use of neurotoxins. Her non-cosmetic professional experience includes cardiology, critical care, nursing management, and home health care.

Linda moved to the Albany area in 1981 and currently lives in East Berne on a small farm on a mountain where she and her husband raise chickens (for eggs) and alpacas. She has seven children (6 boys and 1 girl), a wonderful husband, two newfy-poo dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about learning and providing the best possible care for her patients. She has also achieved a Level 4 in Healing Touch. She is a member of the NNYPO, the American Nurses Association, the International Nurses Honor Society, and Healing Touch Professional Association.

Lisa earned her Associates in Applied Science in Nursing over 12 years ago from HVCC and her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Excelsior college. Along with this degree, she also holds a degree in Psychology and Holistic Nutrition.

Prior to her nursing career, Lisa worked as a Licensed Esthetician for over 16 years.

After many years working in community health and acute care, Lisa has merged her passions for both Aesthetic nursing and acute care by balancing her time in both settings.

Lisa specializes in Botox injections and advanced skin treatments using Elos technology, TCA peels and Microneedling.

When not at work, Lisa stays busy with her husband of 23 years, 3 kids and her rescue dog named Indiana Jones.

After graduation from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Dr. Pontius completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She then completed her fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery with Dr. Edwin F. Williams, III. Dr. Pontius received one of the highest honors in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery when she was the first runner-up for the Jack R. Anderson Prize for Scholastic Excellence. Following her fellowship she moved to Manhattan where she specialized in facial plastic surgery.

After several years working in Manhattan, Dr. Pontius expanded her field of interest and completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She became board-certified in this specialty in 2008. At this same time Dr. Pontius and her family relocated to the Capital Region and she rejoined the team at the Williams’ Center of Plastic Surgery Specialists.

Dr. Pontius’ interests focus on non-surgical rejuvenation of the face using injectables. She has a special interest in optimizing facial aesthetics with minimally-invasive techniques in conjunction with optimizing the health of the body. She uses her study of anti-aging medicine to influence how she treats the face with the goal of achieving long-lasting beauty and overall well-being.
